Refund policy
We do not offer refunds!!! However, although all of our items are carefully inspected before we ship them out we do understand that things happen. We advise all of our customers to inspect their items upon arrival make sure they are not damaged or defective. If an item was damaged or defective an I'd found to be our fault a refund or exchange may be considered. If we have a reasonable cause to issue a credit we will do so immediately after your returned item is received and inspected.
Items Must Meet Return Guideline
Customer must notify customersupport@chaseilea.com with in five days of your delivery date and must email us for approval before sending the items back for exchange or store credit.
We will notify you that we have received your returned item.We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit.
1. Merchandise must be returned in NEW CONDITION which means- unwashed, unaltered, and with the original tags attached, if any.
2. Any merchandise returned with makeup, deodorant, pet hair, or the smell of smoke will be refused and returned to you at an additional shipping charge. Shipping fee is non-refundable.
